Londoner Anita Ponton is a writer and visual artist, with an interest in exploring subversive characters in dark tales of revenge and, on occasion, redemption.

She was educated at Central St. Martins School of Art and at Goldsmiths College, where she obtained her PhD. Her art practice is multi disciplinary and over the past 20 years, she has exhibited, performed and taught internationally.

Drawing on her past in the art world and in the darker recesses of London’s rock ‘n’ roll scene, Anita Ponton brings a particular vision to bear in her short stories and novellas. She has published several short stories and is currently working on her first novel.
